What I’m wearing:
I’m kinda obsessed with Colombian designer Johanna Ortiz. There’s an unequivocal joie de vivre expressed in her collection and her garments will have you looking head-to-toe chic. I first discovered her brand when I came across her latest trunkshow on Moda Operandi and immediately fell in love with her signature pieces. It’s such a mood.
Her beautiful prints and wearable color palette are globally inspired and will take your vacation #ootd to the next level. Unfortunately, the price point for her pieces aren’t the most – err – economical so I just went with this bombshell matching set to take with me to Los Cabos. If you invest in quality over quantity, you’ll have a wardrobe that lasts forever.
“I’m all about being easy and fun with a little of extraordinary,” says the Colombian designer.
The fit of these trousers were so so flattering. Made from lightweight, breathable linen, they have a paperbag waist and a lavish pattern I want to cover my whole house in. I wonder if she’ll ever get into the wallpaper business..?
What I loved most about this outfit is that you can go from beach to bar effortlessly. When you’re not drinking tropical cocktails on the terrace you can remove the trousers and lounge by the pool wearing the paisley bikini bottoms.
