Mini Pumpkin Succulent Planters

Simple and elegant. Instead of floral arrangements as your centerpiece this season, plant your succulents in these white mini pumpkins for an easy DIY.

I love white pumpkins, the only challenging part is trying to find them. I decided to spare myself the drive and found a cute shop on Etsy which ships them to you. My pumpkins came in a box of 25 and I have several other creative ideas for them- but for now, let’s focus on how to make these adorable mini planters.

Carve the top of your pumpkin using a precision knife and remove the stem.

Next, scrape the inside of the pumpkin using your spoon and place seeds into a bowl. I decided to keep my seeds so I can roast them later as a snack.

Then carefully remove your succulent from its pot and place into your mini pumpkin.
